Job summary

Learning Point Kids Pte. Ltd. seeks a Teacher and Curriculum Specialist to deliver 10–12 high-quality classes weekly across our Singapore centres. You will create engaging lessons using our materials, provide timely feedback, and handle attendance and student files with care.

You will travel between branches as needed, collaborate with Customer Service, and participate in curriculum sharing and staff training to stay aligned with MOE-aligned standards. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Singapore MOE syllabus and assessment requirements.
• Proficient with Zoom and digital learning portals.
• 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience.
• Willing to travel between branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 10–12 high-quality classes per week across Learning Point’s framework.
• Create engaging classroom environments using curated materials.
• Provide timely, value-added feedback on student work.
• Handle attendance and student files, and other admin tasks efficiently.
• Arrange catch-up sessions for missed lessons when necessary.
• Monitor student progress regularly and communicate with parents.
• Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure a smooth learning experience.
• Attend curriculum sharing sessions and staff trainings.
• Participate in lesson observations and co-teaching for growth.

Work Locations

You may be assigned to any of our conveniently located centres:

• Bukit Timah Plaza
• Century Square
• Oasis Terraces
• Parkway Centre
• Thomson Plaza

Work Schedule

• Work Days: Tuesday to Saturday
• Work Hours:
• 2 early weekdays: 10.00am – 7.00pm
• 2 late weekdays: 12.30pm – 9.30pm
• 1 weekend: 8.00am – 6.00pm

Key Responsibilities

As a Teacher and Curriculum Specialist, you will:

• Deliver up to 10 to 12 high-quality classes per week, aligned with Learning Point’s pedagogical framework and house style
• Create an engaging and stimulating classroom environment using our curated teaching materials
• Mark and return student work with value-added, constructive feedback by the next lesson
• Perform required administrative responsibilities efficiently (attendance taking, checking students’ files etc)
• Proactively arrange catch-up sessions for students who miss lessons (when make-up classes are unavailable)
• Monitor each student’s progress consistently, as every student matters
• Build trust and rapport with parents through regular updates, suggestions, and meaningful feedback
• Work closely with our Customer Service team to deliver an exceptional learning experience and minimise class withdrawals
• Attend meetings, curriculum sharing sessions, and staff training as required to stay updated with evolving expectations
• Participate in lesson observations and co-teaching sessions for continuous professional growth

Job Requirements

We’re looking for individuals who are:

• Degree holders (Bachelor’s and above)
• Well-versed with the Singapore MOE syllabus and its assessment requirements
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Zoom and digital learning portals
• Experienced educators with 2–3 years of relevant teaching experience
• Passionate about teaching, nurturing young learners, and helping them grow
• Committed to a minimum of one full academic year
• Able to start immediately (preferred)
• Willing to travel between branches when necessary
• Singapore Citizens only
