Job summary

MAXHUNT RESOURCE PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Teacher Aide at River Valley Primary School. The role runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, with an option to extend to 31 December 2028. Working hours are 7:30am–4:30pm, Mon–Fri, 40 hours per week after lunch, excluding weekends and public holidays.

The successful candidate will assist in science resources, lesson support, and school events, while maintaining organised, safe workspaces and handling administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• At least three GCE O-Level passes.
• Strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
• At least one year of school general administration experience preferred.
• Proficiency in IT applications, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute Science resources, set up experiments and student kits, and support inquiry-based learning, enrichment programmes and school events.
• Clean and store materials after lessons. Keep the Science Resource Room, preparation room and stores organised, clean and safe.
• Check equipment and consumable stocks, assist with procurement, report faults and coordinate repairs or replacement.
• Support teachers with lesson materials, attendance records, resource loans, lost-and-found items and worksheet preparation.
• Provide photocopying, binding, laminating, shredding, document verification, data entry, filing and record maintenance.
• Support Science programme logistics and General Office counter enquiries and sick-bay duties. Carry out related duties assigned by the Head of Science, School Leaders or authorised staff.
