WSH EXPERTS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Stock and Materials Assistant to support Science and Mathematics departments. The role involves preparing science apparatus and math manipulatives for lessons, maintaining stocks, and organizing desk copies for teachers.

You will assist with stocktaking, repairs, and creating simple teaching resources, while coordinating with HODs to ensure resources are ready for teaching and school activities.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare Science apparatus for experiments and Mathematics manipulatives for lessons.
• Keep Science apparatus and Mathematics manipulatives after lessons.
• Assist the HOD/Science and HOD/Mathematics to develop a stock list for stocktaking, do stock taking of both Science apparatus and Mathematics Manipulatives and maintain the stock list after yearly stock taking.
• Organise the return and collection of Math and Science deskcopies by teachers on an annual basis.
• Pack the Math and Science resources neatly in Math cupboards and in the Science laboratories respectively.
• Perform simple, non-technical repairs and minor maintenance of equipment, teaching aids and manipulatives where appropriate (e.g., reattaching loose parts, tightening fittings, replacing simple components and repairing storage/resource materials).
• Work with teachers to create simple manipulatives and/or any other materials as required in support of the Math and Science Departments programmes.
• Support the Math and Science Departments in preparation for recess activities.
• Support photo-taking for Math and Science programmes, activities and the development of teaching and learning resources.
• Work with teachers to take simple Math and/or Science teaching videos for use as teaching and learning resources.
• Provide administrative support as deployed by the school.
