V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. seeks a versatile contractor to assist with school front desk duties and light lab support. When not in the lab, you will welcome visitors, respond to inquiries, and manage routine phone calls, ensuring a friendly and efficient reception.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of a GCE O-level and 1 year of schooling experience, and can use Microsoft Word and Excel to support administrative tasks and inventory records.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of experience working in a school.

Scope of Services :

• The Services required are set out in the attached Terms of Reference.
• In addition to the services of a science lab assistant as set out in the Terms of Reference, the Personnel is to perform the following duties when the person is not required to be working in the lab:
• Managing the school’s front desk, greeting visitors, parents, and students, and addressing inquiries.
• Answering phone calls

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel

The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

Applicants shall have:

• GCE ‘O’ level qualification
• At least 1 year of experience working in a school

Skills :

Applicants should have the following skills:

• Must be able to use basic Microsoft Word and basic Microsoft Excel
• Preferably possess:
  • Procurement skills such as ordering and replenishing supplies.
  • Lesson support skills such as preparing materials and supporting coordinators/teachers in conducting lessons/ activities
  • Organisational and administrative skills such as maintaining inventory and keeping accurate records of equipment and materials.
  • General safety knowledge: Prior experience in following and/or enforcing workplace safety procedures.
  • Preferably first-aid trained
