Job summary

DYNAMIC SAFETY PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Science Lab Assistant to support science teaching activities in a school setting in Singapore. This role involves preparing materials, assisting students with equipment, and helping with training resources for parents and staff.

The successful candidate will maintain laboratory spaces, care for outdoor science facilities, and assist with stock checks and simple administrative duties. Prior school experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum PSLE English pass.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Science Lab Assistant in a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Primary Science teaching materials and learning activities.
• Assist students with the use of science apparatus and equipment.
• Support training materials preparation for students, parents and staff.
• Prepare laboratory apparatus, equipment and reagents for lessons.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of Science Rooms and preparation room.
• Maintain science laboratory apparatus and equipment.
• Maintain outdoor science facilities, including ponds, gardens, hydroponics and aquaponics systems.
• Operate and maintain food waste and farming systems.
• Conduct termly stock checks and maintain inventory records.
• Perform other administrative and science facility maintenance duties as assigned
