Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a School Student Discipline Support Officer (Primary School) to assist in managing student discipline and suspensions at Bukit Panjang Ring Road. The role involves patrolling premises, conducting attire checks, and supporting at-risk students.

The candidate will prepare incident reports, review CCTV, and participate in student management meetings, with a focus on restorative practices and close collaboration with parents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an enforcement agency or uniformed service.
• Able to apply a restorative practice approach.
• Proficient in interpersonal skills and communication (speaking, reading, and writing incident reports).
• Experience working with young students preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Available Mon-Fri, 6:45am-4:00pm (Fri until 3:30pm).
