Job description

Location: Choa Chu Kang

Working days & hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 6.45am to 4.15pm (1 hour break)

Duties:

  • Provide frontline customer service, handle calls, enquiries, walk-ins, and basic first-aid.

  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail.

  • Handle simple admin tasks (e.g. filing, photocopying, shredding).

  • Support ad-hoc admin duties assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel.

Requirements:

  • GCE 'N', 'O', 'A' level

  • 2 years' experience
