Basic salary: Up to S$2580/month
Location: Paya Lebar Area
Working Hours: Mondays to Thursdays (9:00am to 6:00pm); Fridays (9:00am to 5.30pm)
The company is looking for a candidate to join as a Temporary School Receptionist.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the reception area and be the welcoming face of the school.
Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, mail, enquiries) efficiently.
Provide administrative support which includes data entry, document management (filing, typing, scanning, archiving), and material preparation (laminating).
Support school operations by logging deliveries, taking messages, and assisting with coordination between parents and teachers.
Offer first-line attention to students feeling unwell or injured.
Job Requirements:
Min GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
Prior experience in administrative fields preferred
Experienced in using Microsoft office applications
