Job summary

A service management firm in Singapore is looking for individuals to assist the Operations Manager in various tasks including facility checks, contractor supervision, and logistics support for school events. Responsibilities

• Assist in opening and closing of classrooms and facilities.
• Check and report on learning facilities' condition.
• Accompany contractors for maintenance work.
• Provide feedback on cleaning and maintenance services.
• Support logistics for school events.
• Perform as a traffic warden.

Job description

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Deployment Days & Hours: Monday to Thursday - 7am to 4pm | Friday : 7am to 3.30pm

The services required are set out as follows:

A) Assist the Operation Manager in the following:

1. Opening and closing of classrooms and learning resource rooms.

2. Carry out checks of teaching and learning facilities including toilets.

3. Carry out checks and reporting of equipment/fixtures unserviceability.

4. Accompany MOE term contractors eg Pest control, Electrician, plumbers for mosquitoes breeding inspections

and maintenance/repair works.

5. Feedback on quality of work performed by contract cleaners and maintenance personnel.

6. Assist in logistics support for school events and functions.

7. Perform Traffic warden duties.

2. Able to understand and speak simple english
