School Multimedia Designer (Polytechnic)

This position will start off as 11 months contract.

Location:
Nanyang Polytechnic (At Yio Chu Kang)

Responsibilities:

1. Design and produce marketing collateral for Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education and Training (CET) outreach (e.g., brochures, eDMs, posters, social media graphics).
2. Develop visual content for School of Design & Media (SDM) rebranding, including online and physical assets.
3. Curate and design displays of student works across school exhibition areas.
4. Update web content and create visuals for SDM’s social media platforms.
5. Support NYP-wide and industry events with multimedia content (e.g., Innovation Week, National Day Rally).
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on design projects.
7. Manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.

Working Hour:

Mon to Fri: 8.30am to 6pm
