Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. is seeking a School Facilities Assistant to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the school environment, and to support daily opening/closing operations as well as event logistics.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in cleaning, logistics, or basic administrative duties, and the ability to communicate effectively in English and work well within a team. The position is based on-site at the school in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in English and work in a team.
• At least 3 years of experience in cleaning duties, logistics-related work or simple administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general cleanliness of the school environment and upkeep of school facilities.
• Provide support for day-to-day opening/closing of the school.
• Carry out logistical support for school events, including transporting and arranging furniture and equipment.
• Assist in the school’s safety, security and crisis preparedness activities, including arming and disarming the school alarm system and reporting faults promptly.
• Any other relevant duties assigned.
