Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an AV technician to lead the setup and operation of audiovisual systems for school events and assemblies.

You will train teachers and students on AV equipment, install and maintain projectors, displays, and sound systems, and support the school PA and digital signage across campus. The role requires hands-on AV experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Formal AV-related education or equivalent.
• Experience in AV setup for events is preferred.
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of projectors, interactive displays, and sound systems.

• Manage and schedule content on digital signage screens across campus.
• Perform other AV duties as assigned.

Working Hours

• Mon–Thu: 7:30am–5:00pm

• Fri: 7:30am–4:30pm

Key Roles

• Lead technical setup and operation of AV systems for school events and assemblies; manage lighting and sound

• Train teachers and students on AV equipment

• Oversee installation, operation, and maintenance of projectors, interactive displays, and sound systems

• Conduct preventive maintenance checks and troubleshoot AV hardware issues promptly

• Manage and maintain the school's PA system for assemblies and events

• Provide photography and videography support

• Manage and schedule content on digital signage screens across campus

• Perform other AV duties as assigned

Requirements

• Preferably Higher Nitec in Audio-Visual Technology, Media Production, or related field

• Preferably 2+ years' hands-on AV experience in auditorium sound and lighting

• Proficient in digital audio mixers, wireless microphone systems, and stage lighting controllers

• Proficient in digital photography, videography, and editing

• Good communication skills for training staff and mentoring students
