Our client is seeking a Marine Operation Scheduler to join their team!
About Our Client

Our client is a one-stop marine logistics specialist company.

What you'll be doing?

Process orders: Handle order processing for Marine Lubricants customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Coordinate deliveries: Liaise with vessel agents, project managers, ship chandlers, and masters to arrange smooth deliveries.

Customer service: Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments, providing excellent communication.

Manage barge operations: Plan and assign daily delivery schedules to barge crews, optimizing supply logistics.

Monitor barge movements: Conscientiously track barge movements to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Handle barge-related tasks: Manage various miscellaneous matters related to barge operations.

On-call duties: Participate in rotation to manage duty phone for urgent matters after office hours.

Support team objectives: Assist with any other ad hoc duties assigned by superiors to contribute to overall team success.

Other Information:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Basic Salary $2800 - $3200, Entry level will be $2200 - $2600
