Job description

Experience: Typically 4-6 years for L3 level roles.

Resources Required: 2 L3 resources, expertise in Windows and Intune to support Zero Touch Project and backfill current FTE activities.

Scope of Work:

1. Experience in workstation build activities, including Auto-pilot.
2. Knowledge of SCCM and Intune, troubleshooting failed deployments and health issues.
3. Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions for endpoint management, including device enrollment, policy configuration, and application deployment.
4. Implement security policies and configurations to protect endpoints via Intune.
5. Manage security baselines and compliance policies to meet security standards.
6. Package and deploy applications using Intune, ensuring proper distribution and version control.
7. Collaborate with application owners to streamline deployment.
8. Create and manage configuration profiles for device settings and restrictions.
9. Implement conditional access policies based on device compliance.
10. Plan and execute upgrades to Intune services, stay current with new features.
11. Manage patching and updates for Intune-managed devices.
12. Experience with Zero Touch Provision process.
