VRL ENGINEERING PTE LTD is looking for a skilled Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee our scaffolding teams and ensure all aspects of scaffold construction, alteration, and dismantling are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be decisive, attentive to detail, and proficient in managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily operations related to scaffolding on the construction site.
2. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a secure job environment.
3. Coordinate the assembly and dismantling of scaffolding structures in accordance with project needs.
4. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on scaffolding materials and equipment.
5. Train and supervise scaffolding teams, providing guidance and feedback.
6. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals to facilitate effective project execution.
7. Prepare reports and documentation concerning scaffolding operations.
8. Assist in the resolution of any scaffolding-related issues that arise on site.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
2. Certification in Scaffolding SPECIFIC CERTIFICATION, SCAFFOLDING SUPERVISOR is required.
3. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to scaffolding.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5. Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematic drawings.
6. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
7. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in construction safety is a plus.
8. Experience in drawing and design.
9. Ability to prepare SWP and MOS.
10. Ability to prepare quotations and good communication skills with clients and workers.
11. Able to work day or night shifts and wherever assigned.
