Job summary

UTOC INDUSTRIAL SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced construction supervisor to oversee piping, mechanical, and structural steel works within petrochemical plant projects.

The role involves planning, scheduling, directing activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The successful candidate will manage subcontractors, coordinate with clients, and ensure milestones are met within budget and specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction involving piping, mechanical, and/or structural steel work within petrochemical plants.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, organize, direct, and control projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedule, specifications, and budget.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients to communicate project status and milestones.
• Oversee day-to-day field activities to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with project requirements.
• Supervise subcontractors and subordinate staff to maintain quality standards and timely task execution.
• Enforce orderly and safe work practices on-site to comply with safety regulations and minimize risks.
• Execute delegated tasks promptly and accurately to support overall project objectives.
