RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced SCADA engineer to develop and maintain AVEVA Wonderware-based control systems for waste treatment plants in Singapore.

The role covers system installation, redundancy, data acquisition, alarm handling, and reporting, with hands-on work on Schneider/Siemens/Mitsubishi PLCs using industry tools. 6 years of SCADA experience preferred; salary up to SGD 6500.

Formación

• Minimum diploma in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• Hands-on SCADA/Wonderware experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement SCADA/HMI applications using AVEVA Wonderware for waste treatment plants.
• Install, configure AVEVA System Platform in redundant environments and maintain related components.
• Integrate SCADA with PLCs/RTUs and other field devices to ensure reliable data exchange.
• Configure real-time data acquisition, alarms, trending, and reports.
• Work with PLCs from Schneider, Siemens, and Mitsubishi and use related software tools.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SCADA/HMI applications using AVEVA Wonderware System Platform and Wonderware InTouch for waste treatment and incineration plants.

• Install, configure, and maintain AVEVA System Platform in redundant environments, including ArchestrA IDE, Galaxy Repository, InTouch HMI, ArchestrA Object Server (AOS), Historian, communication drivers, System Management Console, and License Manager.

• Integrate SCADA systems with PLCs, RTUs, VFDs, sensors, Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS), and other industrial field instruments to ensure reliable data exchange.

• Configure real-time data acquisition, alarm management, process trending, report generation, and historical data logging.

• Establish and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols, including Modbus, OPC UA/DA, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and MelsecNet.

• Work with Schneider Modicon M340/M580, Siemens S7-300/S7-400, and Mitsubishi MELSEC Q Series PLCs, using Control Expert, STEP 7 V5.x, and GX Developer programming software.

• Utilize industrial software applications such as KEPServerEX OPC Server, Dream Report, WIN-911, and Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems to support plant monitoring, reporting, and operational reliability.

You will need

• Min Dip. Electrical Engineering qualification or equivalent.
• Preferably with 6 years of hands-on SCADA experience. (AVEVA/Wonderware)
