SC Supply Planning Staff Specialist

Central Functions support the board as well as the business in achieving its strategic objectives. These are, for example, Information Technology, Human Resources, Logistics, Compliance, Finance, and many more.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and secure capacity requirements with the Foundry to ensure support for business change dynamics, including any off SnOP cycle demand changes and support needed.
• Coordinate and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to enable capacity utilization.
• Act as the point of escalation and crisis management for supply issues.
• Drive KPIs and ensure supply deliveries meet commitments. Accountable for consigned materials at the supplier location.
• Participate in the annual inventory audit, Supplier Rating, and Business Review Meetings.
• Support initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of working experience in Foundry/OSAT manufacturing environment.
• Ability to comfortably interact with people from various cultural backgrounds.
• Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and hands-on individual.
• Thrive in dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Experience in SAP is a plus.
• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or related.
