A Day in the Life

As the Regional Credit Excellence Manager for SAPMENA, you’ll be at the heart of driving financial excellence and ensuring smooth credit operations across one of the most dynamic regions. Reporting to the Head of Omnichannel Customer Supply Chain, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize credit management processes, minimize risk, and support business growth. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement credit management strategies and policies aligned with L’Oréal’s financial goals.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and evaluate credit risk across the region, proactively identifying areas of concern and implementing mitigation measures.
  • Transformation Initiatives: Lead process improvements, tools implementation, and operating model enhancements to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to align deductions strategy and ensure effective credit practices.
  • Compliance & Reviews: Conduct regular credit reviews, assess customer creditworthiness, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Development: Provide guidance, training, and support to regional credit teams, fostering a culture of excellence.


We Are Looking For

You’re a great match for this role if you’re a proactive problem-solver with a knack for building relationships and driving results. Here’s what we’re looking for:


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in credit management, preferably in a regional or multi-country capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and SAP credit management T-codes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and influencing skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to credit management.
  • Professional certifications in credit or risk management are a plus.
