SThree in Singapore seeks a seasoned SAP S/4HANA UAT Test Manager to lead a global team of UAT leads across multiple functions and geographies. You will own UAT planning, governance, and execution for migration and transformation initiatives, ensuring end-to-end validation of business processes and strong stakeholder engagement.

Role requires experience delivering SAP S/4HANA migrations in large programs, with exceptional communication and executive reporting skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SAP testing and quality assurance experience.
• Experience leading UAT teams within large-scale SAP programs.
• Mandatory experience delivering SAP S/4HANA migration, implementation, or transformation projects.
• Experience managing multiple UAT Leads and geographically distributed testing teams.
• Proven track record overseeing end-to-end UAT for global ERP deployments.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and related functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of UAT Test Leads across multiple functions and geographies.
• Define the overall UAT strategy, governance framework, standards, methodologies, and reporting structure.
• Establish testing milestones, entry and exit criteria, quality gates, and business readiness requirements.
• Ensure consistent execution of UAT processes across all workstreams and regions.
• Own UAT planning and execution for SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure end-to-end validation of business processes across SAP modules and integrated applications.
• Partner with PMO, Functional Leads, SIs, and BPOs to achieve testing objectives.
• Oversee testing readiness including environments, test data, resource planning, and test execution schedules.
• Act as senior liaison between business leadership, program leadership, IT teams, and regional stakeholders.
• Provide clear communication of testing progress, risks, issues, and business readiness status.
• Support executive steering discussions on testing quality, defects, and go-live readiness.
• Monitor defects, risk exposure, escalation activities, and deployment readiness.
• Develop and present executive dashboards, KPIs, and testing metrics.
• Monitor test progress, coverage, defects trends, and business sign-offs.
• Provide go-live readiness recommendations and deployment risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with program governance and quality standards.
• Work with Change Management, Training, and Business Process teams for organizational readiness.

The SAP S/4HANA UAT Test Manager will lead and oversee a team of UAT Test Leads across a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role is responsible for ensuring successful planning, coordination, execution, and governance of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across multiple business functions, regions, and workstreams. This individual will serve as the primary point of accountability for UAT delivery, business readiness, stakeholder engagement, defect management, and executive reporting throughout the testing lifecycle. A strong background in SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation programs is essential.

• Oversee testing readiness including environments, test data, resource planning, and test execution schedules.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the senior liaison between business leadership, program leadership, IT teams, and regional stakeholders.
• Provide clear communication of testing progress, risks, issues, and business readiness status.
• Facilitate executive steering discussions related to testing quality, critical defects, and go-live readiness.
• Ensure alignment across global teams operating in different time zones and business environments.
• Oversee defect triage processes across all workstreams.
• Monitor critical defects, risk exposure, and escalation activities.
• Drive cross-functional resolution of complex business and system issues.
• Assess overall testing quality and readiness for deployment decisions.

Reporting & Quality Assurance

• Develop and present executive-level dashboards, KPIs, and testing metrics.
• Monitor test execution progress, coverage, defect trends, and business sign-off status.
• Provide recommendations regarding go-live readiness and deployment risks.
• Ensure compliance with program governance and quality standards.

Business Readiness

• Work closely with Change Management, Training, and Business Process teams to support organizational readiness.
• Validate that business requirements have been successfully tested and accepted.
• Coordinate final business sign-off and deployment approval activities.

Required Experience

• 4+ years of SAP testing and quality assurance experience.
