Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP TSW Consultant to join our SAP logistics team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Trader’s and Scheduler’s Workbench (TSW) and its integration with other SAP modules such as SD, MM and IS-Oil. The consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP TSW solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional SAP TSW solutions.
• Configure and support SAP TSW functionalities including Nomination, Scheduling, Ticketing, and Supply Chain Planning.
• Work with stakeholders to design TSW process flows including integration with TD, SD, MM, and HPM.
• Handle Nomination Management, Actualization, Inventory Tracking, and Ticketing processes.
• Implement and support Berth Scheduling, Planning Board, and TD Shipment processes.
• Conduct end-user training, prepare documentation, and ensure smooth transition to operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (SD, MM, IS-Oil, PM, FICO) for seamless integration.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide resolution, and ensure system performance optimization.
• Participate in upgrades, migrations, and SAP S/4HANA transition projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of SAP experience in SAP TSW module.
• Strong functional knowledge of IS-Oil, particularly TSW.
• Hands-on experience with Nomination creation, ticketing, inventory visibility, and scheduling tools.
• Good understanding of logistics operations in oil & gas, petrochemicals, or bulk materials handling.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
