Job Purpose

The candidate will be responsible for IT support and projects delivery on SAP Successfactors Recruiting and Onboarding, managing established project goals and objectives, developing and implementing project management guidelines, managing project standards, project scope, timeline, risk identification and mitigation, quality management, project budget, reporting and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. He/she needs to work closely with the user community, external vendors, and other stakeholders

Duties & Responsibilities

Project Implementation and Delivery

Participate in the delivery of SAP Successfactors Recruiting and Onboarding projects and enhancements to ensure that project targets are met. This includes, amongst others, conducting user requirement analysis, participating in solution planning, design, configuration, and executing testing, deploying solution to ‘live’ etc.

Involves in defining technology roadmaps and solution enabled by SAP

Creates and/or reviews project artefacts and deliverables to ensure quality and NUS guidelines and polices are met.

Support procurement activities, including amongst others, preparation and publishing tender specifications, evaluating and recommending potential solutions and/or vendors, contract management etc.

Liaises closely with business users and builds good rapport

Liaises closely with vendors to ensure successful delivery of products and/or services in accordance to contract.

Where necessary, coordinates and works with other teams integrating their applications with Successfactors.

Maintenance and Support

Accountable and responsible for the assigned application maintenance and support to ensure SLAs are met.

Oversees and/or provides maintenance and support of applications, including amongst others, delivery of enhancements and bug fixes, managing service requests, troubleshooting of problems etc.

Creates, updates and/or reviews systems artefacts and deliverables to ensure quality and NUS guidelines and polices are met.

Performs systems and data analysis including analysing existing system/program logic difficulties, and revising the logic and procedures as necessary.

Handles audit queries and ensures audit and security compliance are met.

Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport

Liaise closely with vendors to ensure successful provision of support and maintenance in accordance to contract.

Requirements

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

At least 10 years within IT industry in a technical role, inclusive of at least 5 years implementation experience with SAP Successfactors Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central.

Strong technical knowledge and experience in SAP Successfactors modules, People Analytics and Integration Center.

Knowledge in one or more of the following systems and modules will be an added advantage: OpenText Enterprise Content Management, Opentext PowerDocs, integration with Docusign, Business Technology Platform, Fiori.

Good understanding of HR business domain and processes, specifically in areas of recruitment and onboarding.

Good grasp of IT technologies, methodologies, architectures, and best practices.

Strong business process and analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly, communicate complex requirements and issues clearly and concisely. The ability to understand the business questions that users are trying to answer is essential.

Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of management, users and vendors

Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Must be a good team player, proactive in nature, fast learner, highly organized and positive attitude

Certified in SAP Successfactors modules, specifically Recruiting, Onboarding

Certification in PMP or SAP Activate will be an added advantage.

Experience in Higher Education industry is a bonus.
