Job summary

EPI-USE Singapore is seeking a Junior Consultant with some SuccessFactors or Cloud HR experience to support configuration and implementation efforts across SuccessFactors modules. You will work with clients to translate HR processes into effective SAP configurations and participate in workshops and training sessions.

Responsibilities include documenting requirements, assisting with data migration strategies, and ensuring quality across project artifacts while maintaining strong communication

Qualifications

• Certified in SAP Cloud Solution with SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience mapping HR business requirements to SAP configurations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance and Goals, and Onboarding.
• Develop project artifacts: workbooks, configuration settings, test results, and data migration plans.
• Provide timely status updates to project managers for tracking and decision-making.
• Document customer requirements and translate them into configurations.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of all project work.
• Educate customers via discovery meetings and training sessions.
• Map business processes to align SAP solutions with workflows.
• Stay current with delta certifications and product updates.
• Coach and develop junior consultants to enhance team capability.

Job Summary

Support implementation and configuration of SAP Cloud HR solutions across multiple SuccessFactors modules, delivering high-quality project outcomes and driving customer success through expert guidance, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Succession and Career Development, Onboarding, Learning, and Compensation to meet customer business needs
• Develop and deliver project artifacts such as workbooks, configuration settings, test results, solution recommendations, and data migration strategies to ensure successful project execution
• Provide timely and clear status updates to project managers to support project tracking and decision-making
• Document detailed customer business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors configurations
• Take full ownership of the quality and accuracy of all work performed to uphold project standards
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and customers at all organizational levels through formal and informal channels
• Educate customers on SuccessFactors functional and technical requirements by conducting discovery meetings and training sessions
• Analyze, interpret, and map business processes to align SAP solutions with organizational workflows
• Maintain expert knowledge of the SuccessFactors product suite, including staying current with delta certifications, to provide authoritative guidance
• Coach and develop junior consultants to enhance team capability and SAP SuccessFactors expertise
• Deliver train-the-trainer, administrative, and reporting training to empower customer teams in system use and management

Required competencies and certifications

• Certified in SAP Cloud Solution in one or more SuccessFactors modules, with Associate Certification as a minimum requirement desired.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of the SAP Activate methodology for SuccessFactors implementations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven experience implementing HRIS software within or for Human Resource departments
• Familiarity with Human Resources business domain and HR practices
• Experience managing Quality Assurance processes for software implementations
• Strong leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills demonstrated in team-oriented environments
• Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve complex problems
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, preferably with leading system integrators

This position is open for Junior Consultants with some experience in SuccessFactors or similar Cloud HR Solutions.
