The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Employee Central and other modules, providing strategic guidance, technical direction, and team leadership to enhance HR digital transformation efforts. Oversee the end-to-end implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors solutions Lead Employee Central module execution, including MDF objects, workflows, and data models Define and implement best practices for SAP SuccessFactors integrations with HR systems Drive business process improvements, ensuring alignment with industry standards and compliance Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders and executive leadership on SAP SuccessFactors capabilities Manage system upgrades, release management, and performance optimization Lead a team of consultants, analysts, and technical specialists, offering mentorship and support Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR analytics, reporting, and automation Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors innovations and recommend future technology roadmapsPrimary Skills Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules Strong understanding of HR technology, process automation, and compliance Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP SuccessFactors projects Hands-on system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutionsSecondary Skills Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking Experience in cloud security, governance, and HR data privacy compliance Knowledge of Agile methodologies and HR digital transformation frameworks Ability to drive user adoption and manage change effectivelyCapgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
