Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design and Architecture:
- Design and implement scalable, integrated SAP SuccessFactors solutions across modules like Employee Central (EC), Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Recruitment, and others.
- Translate business requirements into innovative solutions, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
- Ensure alignment with client HR strategy and enterprise architecture.
Project Leadership:
- Lead and guide project teams through all phases of implementation, including requirements gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Oversee the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with third-party systems, payroll, and core ERP solutions (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Payroll).
- Manage risk, resolve escalations, and ensure delivery within budget and timelines.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR, IT, and business teams to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on HR digital transformation initiatives.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct solution reviews to ensure the architecture aligns with industry standards, compliance requirements, and scalability needs.
- Drive end-to-end testing, data migration validation, and performance optimization.
Thought Leadership:
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors innovations and trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
- Mentor and train junior consultants and team members.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including proposal development, effort estimation, and client presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central is mandatory; additional modules preferred).
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., SAP Integration Suite, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft).
- Hands-on experience in SAP Payroll or SAP S/4HANA integration is a plus.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementation and solution architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale SAP SuccessFactors projects.
- Experience working with global clients and managing diverse teams.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central and at least one other module) are required.
- SAP Activate Project Manager certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
