TheSAP SuccessFactor Consultantis responsible for the design and implementation of SuccessFactor projects for our clients in Singapore. You will assess client business requirements, provide recommendations, and design and deploy SuccessFactor solutions to meet client needs.

What will you do?

Project Delivery

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business and system requirements and deliver business value consulting services for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, propose solutions and workarounds, and estimate resources to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Configure and customize SAP solutions to enhance functionality and optimize application performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements, trends, and best practices in SAP technologies to ensure up-to-date knowledge and expertise.
  • Translate and simplify requirements, identifying areas that may require systems solutions.
  • Lead and/or participate in business process analysis, testing, system cutover, documentation, and training of system functionality.
  • Analyze changes in light of current business processes, assessing impact on other SAP modules.
  • Partner with other functional and technical teams to ensure quality delivery.
  • Follow standards and best practices in the delivery of solutions.

Team Management

  • Coach, train, and mentor team members.
  • Develop and continuously improve materials for enablement sessions to ensure quality and relevance.
  • Contribute to competency enablement throughout the NCS community globally.
  • Develop and manage a group of individuals to be part of the focused community, enhancing NCS’s ability to support business growth and build the NCS brand.
  • Effectively engage stakeholders in sales, project decisions, and execution.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by anticipating and exceeding expectations.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Minimum of 5 years SAP implementation and/or application support experience.
  • Deep experience in SAP SuccessFactor solutions.
  • At least 1-2 end-to-end implementation project experiences for entities with Singapore HR and payroll requirements.
  • Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude, creative, with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, including strong persuasive techniques.
  • Understanding of process harmonization concepts.
  • Ability to conduct requirement and solution workshops.
  • Ability to lead the team and functional and technical consultants.
  • Able to travel as required.
