The SAP SuccessFactors Architect leads the design, deployment, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for complex HRIS environments. This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on expertise, partnering with stakeholders to drive digital HR transformation and ensure technology alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, architect, and implement scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions across modules such as Employee Central, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, Recruiting, and Payroll.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and translate business goals into innovative solutions.
  • Lead end‑to‑end SuccessFactors deployment: blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, go‑live, and post‑go‑live support.
  • Oversee integration of SuccessFactors modules with third‑party applications and core ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), ensuring unified workflow and optimal data integrity.
  • Guide project teams, mentor consultants, and provide technical leadership through full implementation lifecycle.
  • Develop and execute strategies for process improvement, automation, and adoption of new SAP SuccessFactors innovations (including AI and advanced analytics).
  • Act as a trusted advisor, influencing C‑level stakeholders and leading client engagements for strategic HR technology decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors, including multiple end‑to‑end implementations as Solution Architect.
  • Deep expertise in SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central is a must, plus Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, and integrations.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications; advanced knowledge of implementation methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate/ASAP), integration tools, and data migration strategies.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and experience translating them into system design.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and leadership skills, with proven ability to guide teams and lead workshops.
  • Ability to communicate complex architectural solutions to both technical and business audiences; skilled in executive briefing and cross‑functional facilitation.
  • Experience in report design, analytics, and optimization of SuccessFactors modules, including People Analytics and custom report creation.
  • Up‑to‑date knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors roadmap, HR technology trends, and best practices.
  • Experience with quality assurance, risk management, and change management in complex delivery environments.
