A tech solutions provider in Singapore is looking for an experienced SAP Basis Administrator to manage and maintain SAP environments, including ECC and S/4HANA. Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Administer and maintain SAP environments, including SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, Solution Manager, Portal, SAP HANA databases, Oracle database, and MaxDB.
2. Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of SAP systems (e.g., ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO).
3. Manage user accounts, roles, and authorizations within SAP systems.
4. Monitor system performance and perform proactive tuning to ensure optimal system availability and responsiveness.
5. Execute SAP transport management, client administration, and system refresh activities.
6. Apply SAP system patches and kernel updates in coordination with the application and development teams.
7. Maintain and optimize HANA database environments, ensuring data integrity and performance.
8. Monitor and ensure the security of the SAP landscape, including audits, patch management, and compliance.
9. Troubleshoot SAP-related issues and provide solutions to users and technical teams.
10. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
11. Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, and security teams to align SAP system requirements with IT standards.
12. Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and high availability strategies to ensure business continuity.

Requirements
