Job summary

EnviroDynamics Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced SAP Specialist (MM/SD) to provide technical and functional support, participate in testing, and drive successful SAP implementations at the Ang Mo Kio site.

This role requires 5–8 years in SAP MM/SD, strong EDIFACT knowledge, and proven experience implementing improvement initiatives within manufacturing or distribution operations. The plant SME will lead WMS activities, coordinate EDI with suppliers, and train staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or equivalent field.
• 5–8 years' SAP MM/SD experience.
• Strong EDIFACT knowledge.
• Experience with implementation of improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP technical and functional support, ensuring timely identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of application issues.
• Participate in system testing, UAT, and project implementation to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
• Coordinate internal and external customer EDI connections for order and forecast transmission.
• Act as the plant lead for SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring effective system utilization and alignment with warehouse operations.
• Lead plant-level supplier EDI certification activities to ensure compliance with technical and business requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers to communicate forecast requirements, provide training, and ensure adherence to business processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers and relevant stakeholders to establish, test, and maintain EDI connections.
• Train internal personnel on new SAP implementations, system enhancements, and updated business processes.
• Serve as the plant's SAP SME, providing functional guidance and support to ensure effective system usage.
• Perform business process mapping and integration to improve operational efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
• Support Production Control and Logistics (PC&L) business process audits, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SAP system performance, business process efficiency, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT or equivalent field
