Job summary

An innovative IT services company in Singapore is looking for a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to enhance their S/4 HANA implementations. Responsibilities include setting up and supporting SAP FICO modules, liaising with business users for requirements, and ensuring smooth system operations alongside team collaboration. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in IT or finance with at least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO, showcasing a solid understanding of finance processes and prior project rollouts.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation or support.
• Good knowledge of finance processes and reporting/audit rules.
• Experience integrating with other SAP modules like MM, PP, PM is advantageous.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and support SAP FICO modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Controlling) in the S/4 HANA system.
• Work with business users to understand needs, write specifications, and make sure solutions match business goals.
• Test the system, train users, write documentation, and provide ongoing support.
• Handle system updates, upgrades, and improvements while following financial rules and best practices.
• Find and fix issues in the FICO modules to improve performance.
• Work with other IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Travelling to overseas for SAP S/4 HANA system implantation and upgrading.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation or support.
• Good knowledge of finance processes and reporting/audit rules.
• Experience integrating with other SAP modules like MM,PP, PM is advantageous.
• Completed several full SAP S/4 HANA project rollouts with hands-on system setup.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and be a team player.
