The SAP Signavio Process Consultant/Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting business process transformation initiatives using the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze, model, optimize, and monitor business processes, driving efficiency, transparency, and compliance across the organization. The ideal candidate will leverage Signavio's tools, including Process Manager, Process Intelligence, and Collaboration Hub, to provide actionable insights and facilitate process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients and business units to understand current business challenges and processes.
- Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite (e.g., Process Manager, Process Intelligence, Workflow Accelerator, Collaboration Hub).
- Document current-state processes and design future-state process models using Signavio's intuitive tools, adhering to process modeling standards such as BPMN 2.0.
- Conduct process analysis and process mining activities using Signavio Process Intelligence to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, compliance risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs to ensure effective adoption and utilization of Signavio across the organization.
- Support the integration of Signavio with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP ERP systems like S/4HANA, ECC, and non-SAP systems) to ensure seamless process management and data flow.
- Develop analytics visualizations and KPI dashboards to monitor process performance and provide data-driven insights.
- Contribute to and/or lead Proof-of-Concept (POC) initiatives and consulting projects with Signavio prospects and clients.
- Maintain comprehensive process documentation and ensure adherence to process governance standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product development teams to define new product ideas and features for future releases.
- Present findings and recommendations to all relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
Profile
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 6- 10 yeas experience in SAP
- Minimum 5 – 10 years of proven experience in business process management, process consulting, or a similar role, with hands-on experience using SAP Signavio or comparable BPM/process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, ARIS).
- Strong understanding of business process modelling notations, ideally BPMN 2.0.
- Experience with process mining concepts, data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft) and their core processes (e.g., Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).
- Knowledge of SQL, database technologies, ETL processes, and potentially programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, R) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Certifications in business process management or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) are preferred.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex process data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and leading workshops effectively.
