Job description

People Profilers is hiring on behalf of a global consulting firm for an experienced SAP Sales Manager, based in Singapore.

As a SAP Sales Manager, you will be in charge of implementing the company's go-to-market strategy in Singapore and throughout the region, in close collaboration with management.You offer clients solutions by:

  • Addressing their trouble areas and identifying the most effective strategy to transition to SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Help clients maximize the benefits of other SAP software solutions.
  • Speed up integration with the company's service portfolio.

The company'sextensive service offering includes unique expertise in System Landscape Transformation, which assists businesses in restructuring their SAP systems, migrating to S/4HANA via Selective Data Transition, and using the Cloud with the SAP Business Technology Platform.

You will be responsible for driving the "complete sales cycle" from lead generation to closure, as well as being involved in project delivery to ensure customer satisfaction. With the support of the management team, you will create deep connections with key client decision-makers and identify sales prospects for corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquired new customers through personal professional networks and the company'ssales channels.
  • Manage the existing client base in the region.
    + Foster client relationships through CBS.
    + Convince clients that we arethe "Preferred Supplier" and a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with the regional management team to produce leads, prospects, and bids.
  • Strengthen the partnership between SAP and the company.
  • Expand our partner network in the region.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in SAP portfolios and the market.
  • Strong professional network in Singapore and region in the SAP market.
  • At least 4 years of experience in solution sales and consulting services.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Capable of building relationships at the executive level.
  • Demonstrates self-motivation, results-oriented behavior, and teamwork skills.
  • Up to 50% of travel occurs in Asia.
  • Analytical and problem-solving consultant looking to grow your abilities and talents.
  • Extremely articulate and enthusiastic in assisting with pre-sales activities.
  • Demonstrates passion and determination while valuing teamwork.
  • Willing to accept responsibility and make decisions.
  • Demonstrates great leadership and communication skills within a small team setting.
