Job summary

Aitek Group in Singapore seeks an experienced SAP SAC professional to lead analytics and enterprise planning workstreams within a business transformation programme, translating complex business requirements into scalable reporting and planning solutions that drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include leading requirements workshops with senior stakeholders, designing and delivering SAC dashboards and planning solutions, guiding data modelling and integration with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA,

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SAP analytics/BI with SAC delivery.
• Led end-to-end SAC implementations in complex enterprises.
• Strong SAC storytelling, data modelling, performance tuning and security.
• Experience with SAC Planning: budgeting, forecasting and data actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Consulting experience with a Big Four or global SI is preferred.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SAC professional to lead analytics and enterprise planning workstreams within a business transformation programme. This role requires strong solution delivery expertise, client-facing consulting skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting and planning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with senior business and technology stakeholders.
• Design and deliver SAC dashboards, executive reporting, and planning solutions.
• Guide data modelling and integration with SAP S/4HANA, BW/4HANA, HANA, and SAP Datasphere.
• Provide solution design oversight, establish development standards, and mentor delivery teams.
• Manage workstream deliverables, risks, and dependencies through testing, deployment, and business adoption.

About you

• 8+ years of experience in SAP analytics/BI, including 4+ years of hands-on SAC delivery.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end SAC implementations in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in SAC stories, data modelling, performance optimisation, and security.
• Experience with SAC Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, advanced formulas, and data actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Consulting experience with a Big Four firm or global systems integrator is preferred.
