Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Sales Support professional to assist the local sales team with order processing, post-sales coordination and billing in SAP S/4HANA. You will coordinate with Finance for invoicing and manage equipment servicing, inventory and deliveries.

The role requires hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, knowledge of Salesforce, and a minimum of 3 years in a sales support or customer service role within instrument or technical equipment sectors.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent in related fields.
• At least 3 years in customer service, sales support or order processing in instrument/equipment/technical sales.
• Hands-on with SAP S/4HANA, especially sales order processing, inventory management or order fulfilment; Salesforce knowledge.
• Exposure to equipment servicing, logistics coordination, inventory management, customer deliveries or loan/demo units.

Responsibilities

• Support the Singapore sales team in managing customer orders, sales administration and post-sales coordination for instruments and equipment.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate order information in SAP S/4HANA, coordinating with Finance on billing and customer accounts.
• Coordinate equipment servicing, quotations, billing and customer communication, including collection/delivery arrangements.
• Oversee inventory, demo and loan equipment, deliveries and collections with sales, warehouse and distribution teams.
• Provide admin support for customer meetings, exhibitions and training, with related reporting and documentation.
