Job summary

Capgemini Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive the SAP ERP Transformation Programme. You will lead the overall planning, governance, execution and delivery across Finance, Procurement, HR, Data Migration, Integration and more.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget and risks while coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful programme outcomes. The role demands senior-level ERP project leadership and hands-on delivery experience.

Qualifications

  • 15 years' experience in ERP project delivery.
  • 10 years' experience managing SAP implementation projects.
  • Experience managing at least two large-scale SAP transformation projects.
  • Strong experience managing Finance, Procurement and HR workstreams.
  • Experience managing project teams comprising functional, technical and infrastructure resources.
  • Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget and risks.
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

Job description

The Project Manager shall be responsible for the overall planning, governance, execution and successful delivery of the SAP ERP Transformation Programme. The Project Manager shall lead all programme workstreams including Finance, Procurement, Human Resources, Data Migration, Integration, Technical Architecture, Security, Testing, Change Management and Deployment activities to ensure achievement of programme objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation projects.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and resources.
  • Coordinate functional, technical, integration, testing and deployment activities.
  • Manage project governance and stakeholder communications.
  • Drive issue resolution and escalation management.
  • Ensure project quality and delivery milestones are achieved.
  • Lead cutover planning, deployment and transition into support.
  • Manage project teams, vendors and subcontractors (if any).
Mandatory Experience
  • 15 years' experience in ERP project delivery.
  • 10 years' experience managing SAP implementation projects.
  • Experience managing at least two large-scale SAP transformation projects.
  • Strong experience managing Finance, Procurement and HR workstreams.
  • Experience managing project teams comprising functional, technical and infrastructure resources.
  • Experience managing project scope, schedule, budget and risks.
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
Preferred Experience
  • SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
  • Singapore Government, Statutory Board or Defence-related projects.
  • Projects involving complex integrations and data migration.
  • Security-sensitive or regulated environments.
  • Experience delivering large-scale ERP implementation projects exceeding SGD10M.
  • Experience working with Nutanix-based infrastructure environments.
