Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to oversee end-to-end SAP implementations, ensure scope control, on-time deliverables, and adherence to processes. You will lead plans, budgets, and cross-functional teams while coordinating with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and the ability to drive business development opportunities to expand services. Travel may be required in this regional role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP project management experience.
• Minimum 10 years of IT services experience.
• Experience in Singapore Public Sector SAP projects.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Establish project plans, risk management plans, milestones, and deliverables with users and architects.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, manpower, and quality on a daily basis.
• Define project scope and manage change control mechanisms.
• Analyse and document requirements across business users and managers.
• Escalate and discuss issues such as overruns, scope creep, and resource requirements with leadership.
• Oversee integration of hardware, software, testing, and data conversion components.
• Monitor critical path activities and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Manage resources including hardware, software, and human resources within budget.
• Review project documentation for compliance with standards and customer requirements.
• Negotiate change requests with customers based on business needs.
