Job summary

IBM SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a highly experienced SAP Process Excellence Lead to drive enterprise-wide process transformation across SAP S/4HANA programs. The role defines end-to-end business process architecture, establishes standards, and translates business goals into effective SAP solution designs.

Qualifications

• Senior SAP Process Excellence lead with 15+ years of experience defining end-to-end process architecture, governance and continuous improvement for complex S/4HANA transformation.
• Lead process harmonization, executive workshops, KPIs, and alignment between business outcomes and SAP solution design.
• Strong transformation leadership, value realization and stakeholder-management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end business process architecture across key business domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise transformation objectives.
• Lead process harmonization and standardization initiatives across global business units and functions.
• Develop process governance frameworks, standards, methodologies, and operating models for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Drive adoption of industry leading practices while balancing business differentiation and standard SAP capabilities.
• Establish process taxonomies, process maps, value streams, and target-state operating models.
• Serve as the senior process authority for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Facilitate executive-level workshops, design thinking sessions, and cross-functional process alignment discussions.
• Drive strategic decision-making related to process design, operating model changes, and business transformation priorities.
• Build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups and manage competing business requirements.
• Guide business and technology teams through complex transformation challenges and change initiatives.
• Establish and oversee process governance structures, define and monitor process performance metrics, KPIs, and value realization measures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process assessments, benchmarking, and operational reviews.
• Ensure process compliance, risk management, and alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.
