IBM Consulting is seeking a highly experienced SAP Process Excellence Leadto drive enterprise-wide process transformation and operational excellence across complex SAP S/4HANA programs. This role is critical in defining and governing end-to-end business process architecture, establishing process standards, and ensuring business outcomes are translated into effective SAP solution designs. The successful candidate will combine deep business process expertise with transformation leadership to guide clients through large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Process Strategy & Architecture

• Define and own the end-to-end business process architecture across key business domains, ensuring alignment with enterprise transformation objectives.
• Lead process harmonization and standardization initiatives across global business units and functions.
• Develop process governance frameworks, standards, methodologies, and operating models for SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Drive adoption of industry leading practices while balancing business differentiation and standard SAP capabilities.
• Establish process taxonomies, process maps, value streams, and target-state operating models.

Transformation Leadership

• Serve as the senior process authority for large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Facilitate executive-level workshops, design thinking sessions, and cross-functional process alignment discussions.
• Drive strategic decision-making related to process design, operating model changes, and business transformation priorities.
• Build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups and manage competing business requirements.
• Guide business and technology teams through complex transformation challenges and change initiatives.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

• Establish and oversee process governance structures, define and monitor process performance metrics, KPIs, and value realization measures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through process assessments, benchmarking, and operational reviews.
• Ensure process compliance, risk management, and alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Measure transformation outcomes and ensure realization of targeted business benefits.

SAP Solution Alignment

• Partner closely with SAP functional, enterprise architecture, and delivery teams to ensure business processes are effectively reflected in SAP solution designs.
• Evaluate solution options and their impact on business processes, operational performance, and transformation objectives.
• Provide process leadership during blueprinting, fit-to-standard workshops, and solution governance activities.
• Ensure consistency between process design principles, SAP configuration decisions, and business outcomes.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise

• Senior SAP Process Excellence lead with 15+ years of experience defining end-to-end process architecture, governance and continuous improvement for complex S/4HANA transformation
