Role Overview:

We are seeking a SAP Presales Consultant to support our sales team by providing technical expertise, solution consulting, and product demonstrations for SAP-based solutions. You will play a key role in shaping client solutions, engaging stakeholders, and driving adoption of SAP technologies in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for highly complex / visible pre-sales and/or post-sales support of company products/systems.
  • Provides advanced-level technical support to complex sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Provides answers to customer / internal SAP team inquiries concerning advanced solution topics.
  • Provides software development and consultation to prospective customers.
  • Supports regional and offshore Demo Architect teams to build demos based upon customer requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application, often requiring rapid prototyping.
  • Will participate in demo system design, planning and spec-out configuration requirements if needed.
  • Participate in new product release input, testing and training of peers.
  • Executes vigorous dry runs on strategic deals and customer engagements.
  • Effectively transitions engagement to implementation partner / Field Services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, IT, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of presales experience in SAP solution specialist experience in areas of SAP ECC, S4HANA - implementations and transformations.
  • Expert knowledge/expertise on end to end SAP implementations/solution matching
  • Understanding of SAP Fiori, SAP HANA, SAP FICO, and integration with third-party systems.
  • Ability to deliver engaging product demonstrations and explain complex SAP solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong storytelling skills to articulate business value and ROI to customers.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and implementation teams.
