Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PM Consultant to manage and enhance our Plant Maintenance processes within SAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of maintenance planning, asset management, and integration with other SAP modules such as MM and PP. This role is critical to ensuring operational reliability and continuous improvement of plant maintenance systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and support the SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to equipment maintenance, breakdowns, work orders, and preventive maintenance.
• Design and customize SAP PM solutions to meet business needs.
• Develop functional specifications for interfaces, reports, and enhancements.
• Support testing, training, documentation, and go-live activities.
• Integrate SAP PM with other modules (MM, PP, QM, etc.) for end-to-end process alignment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and provide ongoing support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, production, and IT.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM implementation or support.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, equipment master data, task lists, maintenance plans, and notifications.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of integration points with SAP MM, PP, and QM.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• SAP certification in PM or related modules.
• Experience in asset-intensive industries (e.g., manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas).
• Exposure to Fiori apps and digital maintenance tools.
