SAP Payroll Lead Consultant

As aSAP Payroll Lead Consultant, you will oversee the implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll (especially country-specific payroll), proven leadership experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

What will you do?

• Lead end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations, upgrades, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP Payroll solutions.
• Configure SAP Payroll modules including schemas, rules, and wage types.
• Manage payroll cycles, testing, data validation, and reconciliation processes.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and global payroll policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT) to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Lead a team of consultants and guide junior team members.
• Provide post-go-live support and drive continuous improvements.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to design, configuration, and testing.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM with a focus on Payroll.
• Experience in Singapore Payroll Implementations.
• Strong understanding of payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and time integration.
• Excellent knowledge of payroll processes, tax, and compliance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to lead workshops, document requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central Payroll) is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines.
