Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a seasoned SAP Maintenance, Repair and Operations consultant to implement and support SAP Plant Maintenance and Asset Management processes.

You will gather requirements, design and configure maintenance workflows, and ensure effective integration with procurement, inventory, finance, and supply chain. You will also lead testing, data migration, training, and hypercare support post go-live.

Qualifications

• 5–15 years of SAP consulting experience with PM/Asset Management preferred.
• SAP PM/S4HANA certification preferred.
• Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations including requirements, design, config, data migration, go-live and post-production support.
• Strong asset management and maintenance domain knowledge across equipment management, functional locations and maintenance planning.
• Experience with cross-functional integration with Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain and Finance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline, with 5-15 years of relevant SAP consulting experience; SAP certification(s) in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and/or SAP S/4HANA Asset Management are highly preferred.
• Proven experience in SAP Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) and Asset Management processes, including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, breakdown maintenance, maintenance planning, notifications, work orders, task lists, and maintenance execution.
• Demonstrated participation in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations, covering requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
• Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance business processes, including equipment management, functional locations, maintenance planning, reliability improvement, work management, and maintenance performance monitoring.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to support integration with Procurement, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, and Finance processes, ensuring end-to-end business process alignment.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, conduct user training, support testing and defect resolution, provide hypercare support, and recommend continuous process and asset performance improvements.
