Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced SAP MM Consultant to configure and deliver SAP MM solutions across Purchasing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Material Master, MRP and Logistics Invoice Verification.

You will work with business and cross-functional teams to understand requirements, perform fit-to-standard and fit-gap analyses, design SAP solutions, and lead delivery through the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Polytechnic qualification with relevant industry experience or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP MM experience.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and solution landscape.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM processes including: Purchasing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Material Master, MRP and Logistics Invoice Verification.
• Good understanding of SAP MM integration with FI, CO, SD and PP.
• Strong experience in business requirement analysis and fit-gap / fit-to-standard analysis.
• Experience conducting workshops with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Good understanding of international standards and best practices relating to business process workflows and supply-chain processes.
• Experience in SAP implementation, configuration and support projects.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Ability to provide functional leadership and guidance to project team members.
• Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP MM modules including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Material Master, MRP and Logistics Invoice Verification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP MM with FI, CO, SD, PP and other SAP modules.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, objectives, goals and deliverables based on client requirements.
• Define project tasks, timelines and resource requirements.
• Develop project plans and coordinate project-related activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyse business and technical requirements and perform fit-gap analysis to identify appropriate SAP solutions.
• Lead and conduct fit-to-standard workshops to understand customer business processes and provide solution recommendations.
• Configure and deliver reports, dashboards and supply-chain insights for business stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to key users and end users for relevant SAP MM processes.
• Provide leadership and direction to team members working on specific applications or project workstreams.
• Provide functional and technical expertise on SAP MM functionality, integrations and interfaces.
• Support testing, deployment, implementation and post-go-live activities.
• Maintain appropriate project and solution documentation.
