Job description

Seekingan experienced SAP Manager to oversee our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)system, currently running on SAP. The successful candidate will be responsiblefor reviewing the existing system, evaluating alternative ERP solutions, and,if necessary, planning and executing an upgrade.

JobDescription:

• Lead a team of support engineers and developers to provideoperational support to users of the ERP system. This includes managing theteam to provide level 1 and 2 support, addressing daily operational issuesand requests, and offering technical advice to resolve system andoperational problems.
• Engage with users and customers for new enhancements andmodifications to the systems for new deployments or implementations. Planthese implementations, manage the team and resources for deployment, and,if necessary, collaborate with subject matter experts and consultants toimplement enhancements that meet user needs.
• Understand existing and future operational needs. Assist thehead of the department in conducting a comprehensive review and assessmentof the ERP systems. This includes planning and gathering furtheroperational requirements, matching them with the capabilities of theexisting (and upgraded) system, researching and evaluating alternative ERPsystems to determine if better solutions exist, and proposing a suitableapproach for the next-generation ERP system. Lead the implementation orupgrade of the system.
• Understand system lifecycle management and processes,ensuring all system implementations, developments, and support adhere toTW-defined processes and industry best practices. Oversee the dailyoperations of the SAP system, ensuring its stability, reliability, andperformance.

JobRequirements:

Experience& Qualification

• Degree or equivalent qualifications in InformationTechnology, Computer Science / Computer Engineering, Engineering orrelated discipline.
• With 2 implementation experience in ERP systems.
• At least 5 years’ experience in managing SAP systems, with astrong background on SAP / S/4 HANA.
• Proficiency in SAP modules (esp FICO, WM, QA, MM, PP, SD),and with knowledge of SAP Basis, and ABAP programming.
• Project Management: a proven track record of managinglarge-scale IT projects, preferably ERP implementations or upgrades.
