Job summary

Cicor Group in Singapore seeks an SAP Key User to bridge business users and SAP/IT, supporting reliable SAP-enabled processes and user support across Asia.

You will own SAP business processes, drive improvements, manage testing (UAT), training, and documentation, and represent business requirements in SAP projects. Manufacturing, supply chain, and finance focus.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA and multiple SAP modules is preferred; strong communications and project collaboration skills required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT).
• Minimum 3 years of SAP experience in a business environment.
• Experience as SAP Key User, Super User, SME or Process Owner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as regional SAP Key User/SME for Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance.
• Support daily SAP operations and coordinate solutions with SAP/IT teams and consultants.
• Promote SAP best practices, standardized processes and efficient transaction processing.
