SAP HCM Consultant

As a SAP Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining projects; providing consultancy services; specializing in ERP products; ensuring service quality; and achieving customer satisfaction.

What will you do?

• Investigate reported problems/errors, initiate amendments, and conduct testing to ensure the system operates correctly and efficiently.
• Propose effective workarounds or alternative solutions, oversee their implementation, and estimate resources and costs required.
• Manage changes to configurable items, including configuration management planning, identification, controls, and audits.
• Conduct review and integration testing to ensure quality before handover for UAT.
• Develop test packages, execute tests, and document results to ensure program quality.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• At least 3 years of experience in implementation, maintenance, consulting, pre-sales, or as an end-user of SAP HCM modules.
• Expertise in SAP HCM modules: Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Benefits (BN).
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience in managing IT incidents and problems.
• Strong analytical skills to quickly identify system issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Sense of ownership and pride in your work.
• A degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
