Job summary

WGT Events & HR Group recherche un consultant fonctionnel SAP S/4HANA pour assurer la conformité dans la gestion des données et fournir un support technique. Le rôle exige au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans la mise en œuvre de S/4HANA ainsi qu'une expertise en gestion de données. Le candidat idéal doit être capable de travailler en étroite collaboration avec des équipes diverses, et d'assurer le bon fonctionnement des systèmes SAP tout en offrant des solutions aux utilisateurs métiers.

Qualifications

• Expérience de mise en œuvre de S/4HANA.
• Connaissance des processus de gestion de données dans SAP.

• Assurez 100% de conformité dans le Programme de Gestion de Données Maîtresses.

Job description

Job Description

1. Ensure 100% compliance in the Enterprise Master Data Management Program, with support mechanisms to assist BPO/Key Business Users in operating effectively on the SAP S/4HANA platform, including business process modifications.
2. Provide excellent Level 1 and Level 2 support (Level 2 via Application Management Service model) to ensure requests, issues, and enhancement/optimization programs are monitored and delivered on time, with proper configuration testing, user acceptance testing, and data migration.
3. Collaborate with infrastructure leads and hosting partners to conduct periodic audits and monitor S/4HANA cloud performance metrics. Implement solutions to prevent service disruptions, escalate critical issues to BIO/AMS partners/SAP, and follow through until resolution.
4. Lead and actively collaborate with the program manager and the Functional Consultants team; engage with BPO to share feedback and identify areas for improvement.
5. Handle negotiations and documentation properly.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Information Technology.
2. Proven experience as a functional consultant in scoping, configuration, testing, and leading at least 2 successful major SAP S/4HANA core enterprise implementations and regional rollouts.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP functional consultant in areas such as FICO and SD, with knowledge of service master, service catalog, asset management, AR/AP, GL, Cost Center, and Group Reporting.
4. Technical knowledge or experience with ABAP programming and SAP Fiori is a plus.
5. Experience in leading, driving, and managing Master Data Management (Request, Change, Approve, Release) within SAP, working with SAP functional teams and key business users/BPOs to ensure timelines and governance.
6. Ideally, knowledge of ISO Tank, Container TEU freight management, or shipping logistics.
7. Experience working with Small and Medium Enterprises within Singapore/Malaysia that are adopting SAP S/4HANA as their core enterprise system, including coaching and guiding SAP functional consultants and key business users in SAP support processes.
