The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting finance processes tailored for the S/4HANA environment, focusing on sales tax, asset accounting, and compliance with Singapore regulations. The ideal candidate should possess experience in JIRA, Agile methodologies, and S/4HANA implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tax procedures - TAXSG (Sales Tax – Singapore).
• Configuration of Goods and Services Tax (GST) Input and Output.
• Understanding and implementing bank interfaces with SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing finance processes within the S/4HANA environment.
• Supporting SAP standard forms modifications specific to Singapore.
• Managing end-to-end localization skills for SAP finance.

Job description

An SAP S/4HANA Record-to-Report (RTR) implementation specialist in Singapore will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting finance processes within the S/4HANA environment. The candidate should have knowledge of JIRA and Agile Methodology, as well as S/4HANA implementation experience.

End-to-end localisation skills include:

1. Tax procedures - TAXSG (Sales Tax – Singapore)
2. Configuration of Goods and Services Tax (GST) Input and Output taxes for Singapore
3. GST Returns and GST Transaction Listing
4. E-invoicing and E-documentation
5. Withholding tax configuration and reporting for Singapore
6. Modifications to SAP standard Adobe forms for Singapore
7. Asset accounting, including Capital Allowance Reports, Depreciation Comparison, and Singapore-specific balance adjustments
8. Printing official receipts before payment for vendors
9. Understanding and implementing bank interfaces with SAP S/4HANA
