Job summary

Epergne Solutions is seeking a SAP FI professional to manage journal posting, credit notes, invoicing, and memo modules within Public or Government Sectors. Based in Singapore, you will act as System Officer-In-Charge for SAP Finance applications and oversee lifecycle activities, delivery, and security.

You will coordinate with business owners, auditors, and security teams, review technical designs, ensure policy compliance, and support audits with timely remediation.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP FI modules including journal postings, credit notes and invoicing.
• Exposure to memo modules within SAP and public sector environments preferred.
• Understanding of control frameworks, SoD and access reviews.

Responsibilities

• Act as the designated System Officer-In-Charge for SAP Finance applications.
• Govern application lifecycle activities, project deliverables, and operational support.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and audit findings.
• Review and endorse project deliverables, technical designs, testing outcomes, and implementation plans.
• Ensure compliance with ICT policies, cybersecurity standards, and audit controls.
• Oversee knowledge transfer, documentation quality, and vendor change activities.
