Job summary

INFINITE COMPUTER SOLUTIONS PTE LTD is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finance and SAP Controlling processes. The consultant will implement, support, and enhance SAP CO solutions while working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including GL and FA submodules.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience, exposure to SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, and a proven ability to lead end-to-end CO business processes, including

Qualifications

Job description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant with strong expertise in both Finance and especially SAP Controlling processes. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP CO solutions while working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams while helping team member for sub module of Finance such as GL and FA

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and provide SAP CO functional solutions.
• Configure, test, and support SAP CO processes and enhancements.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Collaborate with Finance and business teams to improve controlling and profitability reporting processes.
• Prepare functional specifications, testing documents, and end-user training materials.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP CO and other SAP modules.
• Support team member on FI topic such as GL and FA

Required Skills &Experience

Cost Centre Accounting (CCA)

• Strong knowledge of Cost Centre Accounting.
• Experience with:
• Cost Allocations
• Assessments
• Distributions
• Cost Planning and Reporting

Profit Centre Accounting (PCA)

• Good knowledge of Profit Centre Accounting.
• Understanding of profit centre structures, allocations, and profitability reporting.

Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) or Margin Analysis

• In-depth knowledge of CO-PA.
• Experience in profitability reporting, derivation logic, allocations, and Margin Analysis.

Internal Orders

• Strong experience with Internal Orders, including:
• Planning and Budgeting
• Settlement Processes
• Reporting and Monitoring
• Experience integrating Internal Orders with:
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Grant Management (GM)
• Financial Accounting (FI)

Project Systems (PS)

• Good knowledge of SAP Project Systems.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, cost tracking, and settlement.
• Understanding of integration between PS and:
• CO
• FI
• MM
• SD
• Asset Accounting
• Grant Management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
• 5+ Years of SAP Finance consulting experience
• Experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

An ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Cost Centre Accounting, CO-PA, Internal Orders and Project Systems, along with a good understanding of Profit Centre Accounting, Asset Accounting Integration, and Grant Management Integration. The candidate should be capable of working independently and supporting end-to-end SAP CO business processes – also to have FI experience especially on sub module such as GL and FA is bonus.
